Election Petition

The National Democratic Congress led by Former President John Mahama is at the apex court challenging the verdict of the 2020 elections.

The verdict declared made Nana Akufo-Addo, President.

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is asking the court to order a re-run of the polls between himself and the New Patriotic Party (NPP)’s flagbearer.
