GBEWAA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, PUSIGA ORGANISES A 2-DAY CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP ON RESEARCH WORK FOR STAFF

Gbewaa College of Education has organised a 2 – day capacity building workshop for staff to help update their existing knowledge on project work/thesis writing and supervision. The cliché, “publish or perish” has been reiterated and the need to publish in order to stay abreast with current trends.

Dr. Samuel Marfo, an associate professor from UDS, with 21 publications is the resource person for the workshop. The staff made up of teaching and non-teaching staff are taken through the guidelines and updated methods of conducting research inorder to help tutors guide students in writing their project work.

The workshop commences Thursday, 3rd February, 2022 and ends on Friday 4th February 2022.

Mr. Danda Abdul-Razak, the project work coordinator in liaison with the Principal and Vice Principal of the college found it prudent to organise this workshop to help in staff development.
